he apparent lone dissenter on the jury deciding the fate of two former top executives of Tyco International may be frustrating prosecutors and her fellow jurors, but outside lawyers say she may be raising a valid question.

This is a really frightening rationale for corporate greed and larceny. It shows how the law can be turned on its head and the menaing subverted. I mean really, do you think that the top CEO's of a multi-million dollar company spending company money for their personal pleasure didn't think they were stealing?
